The Blue Haven: Furniture Design & Interior Design in Banashankari, Bengaluru

The Blue Haven is a 2,100 sq ft residential interior design project in Banashankari, Bengaluru, completed in 2024. The furniture design was planned around the everyday needs of the residents, with a focus on comfort, functionality, and a clean visual character.

The aim was to create furniture that feels like a natural part of the home while making each space comfortable and practical to use. Seating, storage, display units, and other built-in furniture were planned according to the needs of each room, with enough open space for easy movement and everyday activities. The furniture was also kept visually consistent so that the different spaces come together as one cohesive home.

The furniture design focuses on creating comfortable and practical spaces for daily living. Custom storage, seating, beds, dining furniture, and built-in elements are planned to fit the proportions of each room while maintaining a clean visual language. Warm wood finishes, soft furnishings, and carefully proportioned furniture bring a sense of comfort throughout the residence. The layouts keep circulation clear while ensuring that each piece serves a practical purpose.
